Many see the Tenderloin as an area of brokenness and isolation but through prayer and worship we see the light shining through and God’s plan to build up the community. Our church exists to be a reflection of God’s love in San Francisco and is open to anyone wanting to accept Jesus’ teaching and walk in faith.

Students will become a part of our church body and partake in our Sunday Morning Prayer service along with our Sunday service. Together we will worship, engage in the Word, and connect with people visiting our church. Each student will be placed on a church team to connect Sunday worship with Monday-Friday ministry.

Wednesday Night Prayer

Every Wednesday evening, our church gathers to worship God together and pray for the ministry efforts in our community. Students will gain a passion for prayer and gathering with other believers throughout the week.

Each student will be paired with a one-on-one discipleship mentor from our church body or City Impact staff. These close relationships will give students the opportunity to learn how to follow Christ from a long time member of the community, while also discerning His will for their own lives.

Community GROUPS

Every staff and ministry student will have the chance to be in a community group. Students will be placed in groups based on gender, led by one of our City Impact staff members. Community groups are a safe place for students to be transparent and encourage one another in the Word and in prayer.
